A group of young roommates excitedly move into a house near campus, but their time there is cut short by a series of unsettling events. At first, it’s just strange noises—humming, footsteps, doors moving on their own. Then things turn physical: lights flickering, unexplained scratches, and eerie dreams with disturbing imagery. One by one, the roommates realize they are being watched, touched, and manipulated in their sleep. The energy in the house becomes so oppressive that they have no choice but to break their lease early. But what was really in that house… and did it follow them?
